29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  At a jobsite located at 1550 SE Hamblen Rd Lee Summit, Missouri 64081, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while conducting steel erection activities. The employer did not ensure employees were protected from head injuries from falling or flying objects while overhead steel erection was being conducted.

29 CFR  1926.753(d)(2)(i): Materials being hoisted were not rigged to prevent unintentional displacement:  At a jobsite located at 1550 SE Hamblen Rd Lee Summit, Missouri 64081, employees were exposed to struck by and crushed by hazards while working under or near suspended loads during steel erection activities. The employer did not ensure employees were protected from struck by and crushed by hazards while setting a steel column that was improperly rigged.
