Framer was observed installing wood materials using a nail gun without eye/face protection.

At the residential construction located at the residential construction site located at 8807 Helena Avenue in Kansas City MO: An Employee was exposed to a fall of 15-feet while performing work from an Alum-A-Pole scaffold system which was located more than 14 -inches away from the face of the work.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings were not level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement:   At the residential construction located at the residential construction site located at 8807 Helena Avenue in Kansas City MO: Employees engaged in siding work from the platform of the scaffold, were exposed to tipping/falls of 15 feet posed by the unsupported center footing of the scaffold. The center pole did not have a rigid setting to avoid the pole from sinking in the ground.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold. Paragraph (g)(2) of this section addresses fall protection for scaffold erectors and dismantlers.  At the residential construction site located at 8807 Helena Avenue in Kansas City MO: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 15 feet above, while working from a pump jack type scaffold that had no guardrail systems, end rail systems, nor were personal fall arrest systems used or provided.
