29 CFR 1926.1153(i)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each covered employee could demonstrate knowledge and understanding of at least the information contained in paragraphs (A) - (F) of this section: a) 11720 Magnolia St., Thornton CO: On or about August 15, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to airborne silica while cutting concrete without the use of engineering controls, work practices, or respiratory protection. The employer failed to educate the employees in the hazards associated with silica and the means to control these hazards.
