The employee was working from a Genie Z-30/20N articulating boom lift without the use of fall protection at a height of approximately 15 feet.

At the worksite located at 201 Wyandotte Street Kansas City MO: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard. The employee was working on an awning at a height of approximately 13 feet 3 inches without fall protection.

The employee was using an aluminum extendable ladder to access an awning at greater than 13 feet high and the ladder did not extend 3 feet above the awning.
