29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Linens 32 and 35 of the production floor: On or about August 16, 2024, second floor production lines 32 and 35, the work area was not kept free of settled dust on upper surfaces such as beams, walls and top of process equipment as well as floors and stairs.

29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):General. The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee is fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace. The employer may discontinue an employee's medical evaluations when the employee is no longer required to use a respirator. Second floor, Lines 33 and 35: On or about august 16, 2024, employees who wore N95 respirators were not provided medical evaluation.
