29 CFR  1926.451(g)(2):The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds:  (a)Los Tigres Drywall, LLC at 5300 South Grand Circle, Sioux Falls, SD 57108: On or about and at times prior to August 15, 2024, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards when disassembling scaffolding on the southeast face of the building. Guardrails providing fall protection for employees accessing the hoist area were removed and alternative means of fall protection were not utilized. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet.  (b)Los Tigres Drywall, LLC at 5300 South Grand Circle, Sioux Falls, SD 57108: On or about and at times prior to August 15, 2024,  the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards when disassembling scaffolding on the southeast face of the building. Employees assisting in lowering equipment from the top level of the scaffolding performed work at the east terminal end of the scaffolding system where guardrails had been removed. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet.
