29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 12831 Clarkson Cir, Thornton CO: on or about August 17, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet to the ground below while roofing from a 4:12 pitch roof.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) 12831 Clarkson Cir, Thornton CO: on or about August 17, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 15 feet to the ground below while accessing/egressing upper levels of the existing residential home. The ladders were not secured at their top to a rigid support, and a grasping device, such as a grabrail, was not provided to assist employees in mounting and dismounting the ladders.
