29 CFR  1926.451(f)(6):Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6).  a) At or near 628 Market St, Paterson NJ - Pump Jack Scaffold - E 23rd St Facade:  employees were exposed to electric hazards while installing siding utilizing a pump jack scaffold platform supported by aluminum poles that were approximately 7 feet from a 4KV energized primary line, on or about 8/19/24

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:   a) At or near 628 Market St, Paterson NJ - Pump Jack Scaffold - E 23rd St Facade:  employees engaged in siding installation from a pump jack scaffold platfrom system without any  means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazards varying from 10 feet to 30 feet, on or about 8/19/24

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  a) Interior Stairway:  employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while accessing the different floors utilizing a wood stairway without any handrail, on or about 08/19/24.
