At a worksite located at 14414 Bristol Avenue, Grandview, MO, employees were exposed to struck by hazards to their eyes and faces. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to utilize a pneumatic nail gun without the use of eye and face protection.

The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to work at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: At a worksite located at 14414 Bristol Avenue, Grandview, MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards. The employer exposed the employee to these hazards by allowing them to utilize a portable extension ladder while the side rails of the ladder did not extend at least 3 feet above the level to which it was being used to gain access, nor was the ladder secured to the structure with a grasping handle available for employee use.
