Employees were exposed to struck by and fire hazards caused by an exit route and door temporarily obstructed with several hazardous waste cardboard boxes stacked and stored along the route.  NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer within 24 hours of the inspection.
