29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(iii): Each employee on a crawling board (chicken ladder) was not protected by a personal fall arrest system, a guardrail system (with minimum 200-pound top rail capacity), or by a three-fourth inch (1.9 cm) diameter grabline or equivalent handhold securely fastened beside each crawling board.  a) On August 22, 2024, employees engaged in roofing activity were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11.9 feet to the ground while working from a crawling board.   No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
