29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  At a new residential worksite located at NW 84th Ter & N Edison Ave KC MO -- employees engaged in framing duties were handing building materials up above and were working below another employee and not wearing head protection (hard hat). This exposed the employees working below to struck by hazards in that materials and/or tools may have been dropped on them causing injury. This was documented on or about 08/21/2024.

At a new residential worksite located at NW 84th Ter & N Edison Ave KC MO -- employees engaged in framing duties using pneumatic nail guns, skill saws, and other small hand tools were not wearing eye protection. This exposed employees to getting shrapnel and debris in their eyes causing injury. This was documented on or about 08/21/2024.
