The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: a) 1728 Pulaski Hwy. Bear Delaware 19701: On or about June 26, 2024, the employer did not ensure each employee operating a Genie Aerial Lift, Model S-40 identification number 54774-14XL were using a fall protection device as required to operate the articulating boom.
