Location: Third-floor Warehouse Instance 1: On or about August 26, 2024, employees working were exposed to potential injury from fire and other emergencies due to a support column blocking Row 5, Aisle 10's entrance/exit measured at approximately 24" wide. Instance 2: On or about August 26, 2024, employees working were exposed to potential injury from fire and other emergencies due to a support column blocking Row 2, Aisle 20's entrance/exit measured at approximately 25" wide. Instance 3: On or about August 26, 2024, employees working were exposed to potential injury from fire and other emergencies due to a support column blocking Row 4, Aisle 26's entrance/exit measured at approximately 22" wide.
