(a) Detail Building: On August 26, 2024 and times prior, employees used MDP brand cleaning products such as, but not limited to, Wheel Acid, Bug Remover, Aire Freshener and Tire Shine during the detailing and cleaning of vehicles. The employer had not developed a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to cleaning products during vehicle cleaning.
