29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:  a)	Spang Power Electronics Division of Spang and Company, East end of the system bay area, on or about August 26th, 2024 and times prior thereto:  Employees worked with and around a Gruenberg Oven (Model # TK45CG1440; Serial # 25055) in order to cure varnish on tubes for customers.  Combustible materials including, but not limited to cardboard, a wooden wire spool, a wood pallet and various paper/wood products were stored directly against or directly next to the oven.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation.  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. IN ADDITION, abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic, or video evidence or abatement or other written records.
