29 CFR  1926.501(b)(2)(i):Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Location- 129 Parker St, Maynard, MA  On August 27, 2024, ten employees were not protected from falling approximately 17 feet to the concrete slab below while constructing a leading edge by installing a flat roof on a commercial structure.
