This was observed on or about August 28, 2024, at 1821 Bacon Drive, Gothenburg, Nebraska. Employees were not provided with an energy control program by the employer that met the requirements of 1910.147, including, but not limited to; developing specific energy control procedure for the Air Compressor.

This was observed on or about August 28, 2024, at 1821 Bacon Drive, Gothenburg, Nebraska. Six acetylene compressed gas cylinders were stored on the Southwest Wall less than twenty feet apart from 5 oxygen gas cylinders.
