29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers were not used:   a) 91 Wildwood Blvd, Williamsport, PA 17701 (Green Area) - On or about August 28, 2024, employees were required to cut trees that had already fallen with a chain saw, without proper ballistic nylon leg protection or other leg protection which the employer had demonstrated provides equivalent protection, exposing the employees to laceration hazards.
