29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a) On or about August 29, 2024, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling from an elevation of approximately 50 feet while working from an 830HD+ Arbor Pro aerial lift without fall protection.   No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
