On or about August 28, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards while engaging in roofing work activities at heights greater than six feet without the use of fall protection.  a.) On the roof of the drive-thru, employees were working at heights greater than six feet without the use of fall protection.  b.) On the roof of the main building, an employee was working at heights greater than six feet without the use of fall protection.
