George Street, Rome, NY 13440: The employer failed to provide abatement documentation for citation 1-3 identified in the inspection of this workplace. An abatement demand letter was sent to the employer on April 28, 2025.

George Street, Rome, NY 13440:  When employees were engaged in residential roofing activities on a 3:12 pitch roof, the employer failed to protect the employees from falling by use of guardrails systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
