29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located, and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting employees to injuries:  Jovial Foods Warehouse. Loading dock area - Northeast side of building. On or about September 6, 2024 a 5lb Sentry ABC (Dry Chemical) extinguisher provided for employee use was not mounted so that it was readily accessible. The extinguisher was identified by appropriate signage but was obstructed by dunnage and a structural column.
