29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  (a)DKJR Roofing, LLC dba JR Roofing, LLC at 8501 West 32nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On or about and at times prior to September 9, 2024, the exposing employer did not ensure that a Keller portable extension ladder, Model Number: D1328-2, being used to access the roof on a commercial property was extended at least three feet above the edge of the roof located on the west side. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
