29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(15):Ladders were not inspected by a competent person for visible defects on a periodic basis and after an occurrence that could affect their safe use:  a.) At the jobsite, located at 449 Exuma Ct Punta Gorda, FL 33950; On or about 9/9/24; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 7 ft, in that, an 8 ft A-frame ladder that was utilized and provided for employees, while performing residential gutter installation operations, was not inspected prior for possible defects to include secure footings  and frame legs.

On or about 9/9/24; At the jobsite, located at 449 Exuma Ct Punta Gorda, FL 33950, the employer failed to report a work-related in-patient hospitalization of an employee to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours.
