29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.) Priddy Roofing and Exteriors DBA Priddy Roofing Inc; 25 Briarwood Ln, New Wilmington, PA 16142: Residential roof- on or about 09/12/2024 and at times prior thereto, subcontractor employees were conducting roofing operations on a residential roof with a 12:12 pitch without any fall protection systems. Employees were exposed to fall hazard of 10-feet above ground level. Employees were observed not connected to the vertical lifeline while walking the roof.

29 CFR  1926.502(d): The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system:   a.) Priddy Roofing and Exteriors DBA Priddy Roofing Inc; 25 Briarwood Ln, New Wilmington, PA 16142: Residential roof- on or about 09/12/2024 and at times prior thereto, subcontractor employees were installing shingles on a roof with a 12:12 pitch. Employee was observed using a body belt as a means of fall protection and were exposed to a fall arrest condition with a 10-foot fall hazard. The body belt used by employees did not attach to the wearers back.
