29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a.  On or about September 11, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, fourteen (14) feet two (2) inches above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  b.  On or about September 11, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, thirteen (13) feet two (2) inches above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  c.  On or about September 11, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, seven (7) feet eight (8) inches above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  Almanza Roofing Contractors LLC and its successors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1688532, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 29, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 18307 Peachtree Dr. in Tinley Park, Illinois.  Almanza Roofing Contractors LLC and its successors was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1669734, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 29, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 45 Colorado Ave. in Frankfort, Illinois.  Almanza Roofing Contractors LLC and its successors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1641119, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 7, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2274 Fieldstone Dr. in Frankfort, Illinois.  Almanza Roofing Contractors LLC and its successors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1487168, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 8000 Stonegate Dr. in Tinley Park, Illinois.
