On or about September 13, 2024, in the paint area: an employee was exposed to respiratory hazards during painting on stainless steal metal in that, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for the employee wearing a 3M 7502 Half Face respirator during painting operations.
