29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied.  a) 21209 Gallery Blvd. Lot. 15 Fairhope, AL. on or about September 18, 2024; and at times prior the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet in that employees were standing on plywood that was on but not attached to the forks of a forklift while they were installing roof sheathing.
