29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Jobsite located at 14 Glocker Way, Pottstown, PA- On or about September 18, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in commercial construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. An employee was performing electrical work on top of an awning on the building without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing employees to falls of approximately 10 feet.
