29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.   a. Located at 5991-6005 Eden Valley Drive, Westerville, Ohio 43081: On or about September 20, 2024, the employer failed to ensure the employees were protected from falls when performing roofing work from a steep pitch roof of the garage building. The employees were exposed to fall hazards from approximately 8 feet  from the roof edge to the ground below.
