LOCATION: 399 Furnace St., Marshfield, MA On or about September 20, 2024, employees who were not qualified persons, were exposed to electrical hazards while performing tree clearing work, where the employer did not ensure that each affected employee was trained in and familiar with electrically related safety practices necessary. Employees were working within three feet of the electric service drop with a skid steer.
