29 CFR 1926.452(k)(5): Ladder jack scaffold platforms were bridged one to another.  Location: Job site;  On or about 09/23/2024, two ladder jack scaffolding systems were bridged one to another by a piece of wooden 2x6 or 2x8 that was cargo strapped down to the ends of both ladder jack platforms.

Location: Job site;  On or about 09/23/2024, employees were allowed to engage in roofing activities without the use of fall protection on a residential roof that was 18-feet above the ground below.
