All deficiencies such as listed shall be carefully examined and determination made as to whether they constitute a safety hazard.  Location - Bay 9.  On or about 9/30/2024, frequent inspections of the Harrington 1- ton hoist and the Gorbel 2000 crane were not conducted to determine any deficiencies that may be present.
