29 CFR  1910.36(g)(1): Ceiling of an exit route was not at least seven feet six inches.  Any projection from the ceiling must not reach a point less than six feet eight inches from the floor.     Location: Side entrance emergency route   On or about 10/1/2024, a side entrance exit route's ceiling was less than seven feet six inches due to obstruction by an overhead projecting conveyor belt system.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative.  Location: Packing area   On or about 10/1/2024, an energy control program consisting of machine-specific procedures was not developed or implemented for the Winpak packaging machine.
