29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about October 1, 2024, at the job site, where employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet while performing roofing work on a steep roof without a fall protection system.
