29 CFR  1910.132(d)(1)(i): When the employer had assessed the workplace hazard(s) and determined that hazard(s) were present, the employer did not select and/or use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee:  a) Shiptons Big R, Inc., 1908 Main Street in Billings, MT:  On or about September 28, 2024 and at times prior, the employer failed to provide employees with adequate personal protective equipment prior to allowing employees sand the fertilizer soaked wooden pegboard in the glove aisle.
