Incident occurred on or about October 1, 2024.   b) Worksite was located at 59 Pension Hill Road, Manalapan, NJ 07726  Workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately ten feet to ground as they were decking the second floor of a new single-family residence while not utilizing fall protection.  Violation was observed on or about October 2, 2024.
