29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  On or about October 2, 2024, and at times prior to, the portable fire extinguisher in the kitchen was blocked by an air unit preventing employee from readily accessing the fire extinguisher without subjecting the employees to  potential injuries.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a) On or about October 2, 2024, and at times prior electrical panel located in the kitchen labeled "cleanup" that contains the circuit breaker for the Aladdin Advanced Meal System was blocked and sufficient access was not provided and maintained to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such electrical equipment exposing employees to electrical hazards.
