OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to crushing hazards while operating a EX mark lazer zero-turn lawn mower on wet grass near the edge of the embankment.   Worksite: On or about October 04, 2024, an employee sustained severe leg injuries after the lawn mower he was operating on an approximately 26 degree slope embankment with a seven foot drop, hit two stones and flipped over and hit a tree. In accordance with the Owner's Manual the lawnmower is not to be operated on slopes greater than 15-degree slope and use extreme caution when mowing and/or turning on slopes.
