On or about October 02, 2024, at a residential construction site Lot 242: the employer did not provide the necessary PPE at no cost to the employees (fall, eye and head protection) while conducting framing activities, exposing employees to falls  hazards. Employees purchased their own personal protective equipment, and it was not maintained by the employer.

On or about October 02, 2024, at a residential construction site Lot 242: employees were exposed to 10-foot 2-inch fall hazards while installing trusses, in that a fall protection system was not used/enforced.  b. On or about October 02, 2024, at a residential construction site Lot 242: employees were exposed to 9-foot 6-inch fall hazards while installing trusses, in that a fall protection system was not used/enforced.
