Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.     (a) On or about 10/05/2024 - 2301 Moody Pkwy, Moody, AL, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing activities at approximately 13 ft. to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   (a) On or about 10/05/2024 - 2301 Moody Pkwy, Moody, AL,  employees were using an extension ladder that did not have the capabilities of extending 3 feet above the roof's landing surface. They used the ladder to gain access to and from the roof that was measured at 13 ft. above the ground, exposing themselves to a potential fall hazard while attempting to gain access to the roof of the building.
