29 CFR  1910.29(b)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that guardrails met the requirement that mid-rails that are installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking-working surface.  a) Rebar Fabrication Area - 8955 Bellingrath Road. Theodore, AL.: On or about October 8, 2024 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 52.5" in that the Shakeout (Platform) of the left Rebar Cutting Machine had no mid-rail.
