29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  On or about 10/09/2024 North County Roofing LLC was installing new roofing materials on the roof of a commercial structure located at 1030 1st Capital Drive in Saint Charles, MO. Two employees were observed not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  The employer did not ensure employees are protected from elevated fall hazards. The condition was observed on or about 09 October 2024, when several employees were observed roofing a commercial building at 1st Capital Drive in Saint Charles, Missouri. The employer did not utilize guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were observed working on the roof of the building, at heights of approximately 20 feet and greater above the ground, without fall protection and thus were exposed to fall hazards
