29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On or about October 9, 2024, at a jobsite located at W6895 Parkview Drive, Greenville, Wisconsin; employees were exposed to eye hazards from flying particles while using pneumatic nail guns to install asphalt shingles on a commercial roof without any form of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): "Steep roofs." Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about October 9, 2024, at a jobsite located at W6895 Parkview Drive, Greenville, Wisconsin; employees performing roofing activities on a new commercial Salt Storage Shed were not utilizing fall protection exposing the employees to fall hazards greater than 20 feet.
