A) 11 Huntington Drive, Yonkers - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22-feet while engaged in chimney repair work on a residential structure. The employees were not using a ladder and were climbing over the ladder jack scaffold for access/egress or about, October 10th, 2024.

(i) Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer must ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the following:    A) 11 Huntington Drive, Yonkers - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24-feet while engaged in chimney repair work on a residential structure. The employees were not protected by any type of fall protection system, on or about, October 11th, 2024.
