29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At a residential worksite, located at 8618 N Askew, Kansas City, Missouri. An employee was exposed to serious eye injury while operating a metabo HPT NV 45AB2 pneumatic nail gun without eye protection.  Gustavo Lopez Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1664971, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/17/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 10121 N Kansas Ct KC MO.  Gustavo Lopez Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1657045, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/15/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 12802 S Foxborough Ct., Lees Summit MO.
