29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun. a) New apartment construction located at Bldg. 4000 Frontage Road, Oakwood, GA 30502: On or about 10-15-2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools at 120 PSI or higher engaged in framing operations.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) New apartment construction located at Bldg. 4000 Frontage Road, Oakwood, GA 30502, JLG Aerial lift: On or about 10-15-2024, the employer exposed employees to ejection/fall hazards at approximately 24-feet, 4-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in patio deck framing activities while working inside the basket of a JLG aerial lift.
