29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) New residential construction on Lot 326 Rocklin Lane Flowery Branch, GA, 30517, Front side: On or about 10/16/2024, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a Bosch circular saw cutting Glasroc Gypsum panels, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating tools engaged in framing activities.
