29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a. At a residential construction north located at 3651 St Johns Ave. Jacksonville, FL 32205:  On or about October 16, 2024, the employer was exposing employees to a 19-20 -foot fall hazard, in that the employees were not wearing fall protection when installing the shingles.  b. At a residential construction east side located at 3651 St Johns Ave. Jacksonville, FL 32205:  On or about October 16, 2024, the employer was exposing employees to a 10 to 11-foot fall hazard, in that the employees were not wearing fall protection when installing the shingles.
